How do I purchase Lite?
To purchase lite just download the app to start your free trial. From within the app you can then purchase credits and a subscription.
How do I purchase Pro?
To purchase pro you must register for an account. Once set-up, sign into the manager and navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab to purchase a Pro subscription.
How do I purchase Premum?
Premium is typically reserved for larger-scale users or those with specific needs. Due to the increased level of configuration, you must email sales@chapps.com to purchase a premium subscription.
Can I upgrade my subscription level?
Yes, lite subscriptions can become pro, and pro subscriptions can become premium. The process varies depending on which tier you are starting from. If you have questions or have trouble finding the path to upgrade your subscription level please contact info@chapps.com.
I signed up for a monthly subscription, can I switch to annual?
Yes, for lite subscriptions this is easily done in-app. For interval changes to pro subscriptions contact info@chapps.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Lite users can do this from the settings screen in-app. Pro and Premium users must get in touch via info@chapps.com.
